These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the oke8 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use oke8, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
Each player may hold only one active oke8 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
Identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is required before your first withdrawal. This protects all players from fraud and money laundering.
All promotional bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and time limits as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus abuse may result in account suspension.
Philippine Peso (₱) is the primary account currency on oke8. All deposits, wagers, bonus calculations, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.

oke8 operates within the framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulated online gaming market. These Terms are designed to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including but not limited to PAGCOR's online gaming licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
The oke8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activities in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. oke8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age requirements cannot be verified.
oke8's Services are intended for use by residents and individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the oke8 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. oke8 does not represent that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in any specific location outside the Philippines.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active oke8 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, oke8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit balances, void any pending bets, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your oke8 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify oke8 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. oke8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
An account shall be deemed dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. oke8 will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. Dormant account balances are subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ₱200 per month after the initial dormancy period, where balance permits. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting oke8 customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. oke8 reserves the right to close accounts in accordance with these Terms, including for violations of any provision herein, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
oke8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter payments. oke8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit on oke8 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. oke8 may impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts based on responsible gaming assessments, regulatory requirements, or risk management decisions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever operationally possible. Single withdrawal maximums are set at ₱500,000 via GCash and Maya; higher amounts may be processed via bank transfer upon arrangement. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
oke8 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any transaction fees applied by the payment provider are the responsibility of the Player and are outside oke8's control.
All account balances, transactions, wagers, and payouts on oke8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). oke8 does not accept or hold foreign currency balances. Any deposits made in non-PHP currencies through international payment providers will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of processing, less any applicable conversion fees.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by oke8 are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. By accepting any bonus or promotion, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the following default rollover requirements apply:
Rollover contributions by game type: Slot games contribute 100% toward rollover requirements. Live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% when placed at minimum odds of 1.50. Crash games contribute 50%. Fishing games contribute 50%. RNG table games contribute 5%.
oke8 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets across casino and sportsbook to guarantee rollover completion with minimal risk (known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), using automated betting systems to clear rollover requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or friend-invitation programs. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in immediate voiding of all associated bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent exclusion.
Each promotion has a defined validity period. Unclaimed or incomplete rollovers after the promotion's expiry will be forfeited. oke8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the platform's promotions page and registered email address where practicable.
All games available on oke8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical dealing equipment. Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems that have been independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the certified figures provided by game developers and have not been modified by oke8.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and game variant. The minimum bet across the oke8 platform starts at ₱10. Maximum single bet limits are displayed within each game interface. oke8 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Where a bet exceeding the displayed maximum is placed due to a system error, oke8 reserves the right to void the excess portion and refund it to the Player's account.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a wager, oke8 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Player's account. oke8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to game malfunctions attributable to the game provider, network interruptions, or force majeure events. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable system error or software malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
All sports bets placed on oke8 are subject to the individual sports-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at oke8's sole discretion. Bets placed after an event's result is known, regardless of whether the platform accepted the bet, are void.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke8 platform:

KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID Card, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, and Voter's ID.

Where suspicious activity is identified, oke8 is legally obligated to file a Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines without notifying the account holder.

No right, title, or interest in any oke8 content is transferred to you by virtue of this license. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any oke8 content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the oke8 platform or Services, including but not limited to:
oke8's aggregate maximum liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oke8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oke8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
oke8 collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the oke8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in oke8's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

oke8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a notice displayed on the oke8 platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the oke8 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the oke8 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and oke8, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting oke8 customer support at [email protected]. oke8 will endeavor to respond to and resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, located in Metro Manila, for final resolution.
